Some really great info. One update with PAP smear is they're now every 3 years up to every 5 with cotesting. Depending on whether you're follow ACOG or ACS women now don't need to start until age 21 or 25 ending at 65.

On a population level there's a low risk of acquiring new high-risk HPV if she's been negative. For healthy women with new partners would consider extending.
